OFFinances is a personal financial management platform that helps users organize finances, track expenses, create budgets, and obtain insights via Artificial Intelligence.
Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
OFFinances offers Paid Plans (Basic, Premium, Lifetime). Payments are processed securely via third-party processors. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
OFFinances is not a financial advisor. The Services and AI insights are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific financial results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFFinances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. However, for users residing in the United States or European Union, mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply.
